Rates are subject to change.

Your reservation and rates are confirmed once you have received an e- mail with a receipt confirmation number.

It is always much more economical to rent it by the month as the rates are much lower

Studio $69-87 /day  a five days minimum or $1470-1870 a month all included

One bedroom $65-$135/day a five days minimum or $1970-$2570 a month all included

Two bedrooms $89-$179/day a five days minimum or $2370-$3450 a month all included

Three Bedrooms or Luxury $150-$265/day , a five days minimum or $4500 a month all included

 If you recieved an approval to stay less then 5 days the cleaning fees will be added:

$50-70 for 1bd;   $85 2bd;   $95 3 bd.

We are trying to keep our rate as low as possible as to give a less costly option for the high priced hotel.  Please help by;

1.                   Closing the A/C and lower the heat when you leave the apartment

2.                  Not taking things that belong to the apartment like towels

3.                  Throwing the trash only on designated days to avoid violation tickets.
